Orders within Mumbai, India. All orders are shipped through registered porters. Orders will arrive within 1 day or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to porter norms.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship out the next working day.

For cheesecakes 24 hours’ notice for orders 

All port charges are to be born by clients / recipients and paid directly to the porter / porter service at time of delivery of respective orders.

Auro Chocolatier is not liable for any delay in delivery by the porter services and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the porter service within 1 day from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We will ship your order to the given address(es).

Auro is not responsible for failed deliveries when; You provide incorrect address or Your recipient is not available.
